The worst company culture I've experienced. We're required to work overtime on weekdays and weekends for several months.

The company really wants to go to the next level and enables its employees to be a part of that crazy ride. Super transparent with targets and thoughts about the future.

Cons

Being a part of IOI currently demands a lot of work and effort - Being a part of something big will do that. At the same time, being in a company that transitions from small to big is kind of wild and will provide some challenges along the way.

The games produced at IO are of very high quality and consistently impressive. (Even though it is a miracle that they are finished)

Cons

The leadership is poor and unsupportive. Sink or swim mentaility. Management often chooses to schedule overtime instead of reducing workloads, even when cutting hours would be more reasonable. Although one of the stated core values is “speak true,” expressing honesty often leads to serious negative consequences.
