Pros
Good experience and start for grads if you have no experience at all as chemist or analyst. Good coworkers who mean to do well and actually help ALOT more than they have to. Had a very good manager who was overworked and underappreciated. Very good to her staff. Which was rare but eventually left. Most of manufacturing staff is nice. Learn Spanish it'll help more than u expect.
Cons
Lots of work, pay is not great. Prepare to be asked to come on weekends once in a while. But if looking for experience it's a stepping stone. Weird model pictures in cafeteria Few of staff might not be helpful so expect to do more than u'd expect but again more experience for something better. Don't expect job growth. Too much "friend" politics to believe it's all merit based and expect a fair shot. Don't be surprised at the discrepancy between paltry academic backgrounds and yet stellar positions. It's "networking"
