      Pros

      Intercos is one of the big guys in cosmetics TPM so a lot of exposure could be very useful to start your career.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, Disrespect, focus on hours instead of quality of work, zero appreciation or compensation for work done well. Overall a very political place. "we are a family" mentality leading to no boundaries.
