      Need to be hardworking to get your sales comm & incentive. Increment depends on your commit revenue not based on your contribution of previous year. Previous year achievement only for incentive or bonus.

      Cons

      Cannot depend on leader to get leads. Have to find own to survive. Not much benefits for employee. Some leaders not competent.

      You may have great exposure to working independently, self-generating ideas, high level of self-discipline. You may enjoy most of the gazetted public holidays. As long as you work hard, you still able to survive.

      Cons

      Most of your efforts are not to be seen or clouded, and you won't get any effective advice or opinion from your direct leader. Ideas proposed may be snatched by your superior and credit given to someone else.
