Pros
Nice view of the beach which helps. A few passionate and hardworking employees, most however are just friends or family of the creep owner. Wish I had more positive things to say, but this company treats their employes like trash, actually quite sad.
Cons
Awful and dishonest leadership with no vision. I was lied to from the day I interviewed with the company, was promised one thing and showed up to a mess of a company that struggled with the most basic business functions. The President and his girlfriend (yeah, a stellar core management team) attempt to run the company with little to no experience in logistics or freight management. Anyone who resists the tyranny of ownership was out quickly pushed out the door. Saw many great people leave on their own due to leaderships inability to grow and evolve with different management styles. Poor training and company culture, can't think of a worse place that i've ever worked. Stay far away regardless of what they promise you during your interview.
