Cons

Still works from a scarcity thinking; some managers are petty with tools and equipment. After being acquired by Corning the pettiness went up a couple of levels mainly on information security and open communication.

Good for someone who just want to do enough. Work-life balance Pay is ok

Cons

No career growth. Process is not well defined. Repetitive day to day work. QA department is lead by an incompetent individual. If you are a sheep, you will like it, if you are a passionate individual, look somewhere else
