In the meantime, we would like to set the record straight. Whilst we have seen some colleagues leave recently, this is happening across the industry as we come out of the pandemic. Besides a single manager in London that left for cause, our senior team has never been more stable. Perhaps this is because they are also co-owners? Thankfully, this is a record year for Humatica and we have had succeeded in attracting outstanding talent into our entrepreneurial team – candidates who take the challenge and opportunity to work directly with our international PE-fund clients and their portfolio company CEOs. Clearly, we work for a very demanding clientele. It’s therefore not for everyone. However, for those concerned with “exit opportunities”, our alumni working at leading PE funds or in portfolio companies prove the value of a career step with Humatica. Of course, we also value those that choose a longer-term career and co-ownership path with us. Uniquely, we offer secondment and co-investment opportunities in lucrative turn-around and buy-out cases through our sister company HVD Partners. We do not promote to fill gaps created by normal fluctuation. To the contrary, we promote based on merit, and have refined processes to enable skill-building and systematic development of professional competencies across industries, countries and business situations. Our goal is to enable each team member to become self-confident and accomplished entrepreneurs who can land on their feet in any business. If you are ready to work directly with entrepreneurs and for entrepreneurs, to become an entrepreneur, then we are the right spot. Otherwise, we agree, there are probably more suitable places to work.

We welcome positive and constructive feedback and, in keeping with our culture of transparency, are keen to respond to any public, as well as internal, comments which we feel are inaccurate or do not represent the way we work. We trust the following facts do this: 1. Humatica benchmarks our compensation regularly in the countries out of which we operate, i.e. the UK and Switzerland, and make the necessary adjustments to attract and retain entrepreneurial, ambitious and talented individuals. On top of this, for the last three years we have paid out 25% of annual profits in three yearly instalments to non-Partner consulting and admin staff which has resulted in the doubling of their target bonus 2. The Zurich office is not only focused on the DACH region, but rather we flexibly staff out of both the London and Zurich offices for projects anywhere in Europe or further abroad. Last year, the Zurich office acquired and executed two projects in the US with teams working on post-merger integration in Silicon Valley and a large transformation project for a globally active firm operating out of New York. We have also acquired and staffed projects from the DACH region in Singapore, Korea, China, India, Australia over the past two years. 3. Yes, the offices have different cultures and we embrace diversity. We are over 10 nationalities in the team including US, UK, NZ, S, I, CH, D, NL, CZ, F, LB ….and the UK is naturally different from Switzerland. 4. Many Humaticans have used their experience to either found companies themselves or join PE-funds or portfolio companies. We are always proud to have helped them achieve their career goals.
