Pros
The colleagues are very stimulating and there is a desire to do things differently from other consulting companies. Strong desire to innovate. A bit of a family like environment. iPhones provided to everyone who is a mobile employee.
Cons
Demanding clients, hard to negotiate more salary or bonuses. Small company evolving in a very challenging business environment that makes it very hard to stay profitable. The economic downturn makes it very hard for the company to invest in training or any other kind of spending. Even if the company tries, not many people are under 35 of age. Not necessarily a very fun oriented environment (parties are very rare and not very wild). Advancement cannot be understood in the standard sense, lot of projects can be offered, but everyone has to make it for themselves since it is a small company.
