Pros
In this role, you can get exposure to so many great opportunities. You can learn about sales and customer success but also learn from the startups that join the co-working space. Great for someone who is early in their career and is curious to learn. I always found the rest of the team to be super helpful, friendly and hardworking. Management makes an effort to avoid bad hires. Good culture all around.
Cons
You can often get dragged into doing things outside your job description but it's usually fun and offers more learning experience so not really a con either.
