      Good coworkers, they generally are dispose to help

      - The CEO takes the majority of tech decisions, without any mayor planification or knowledge. Also the leadership team (CPO), does not significantly direct the team or area. -There is a constant sensation of disconnection of who suppose the direct the company, with his real state of him. - There is no real career plan, whether it's for learning new things, aspiring to professional or financial growth. -Irresponsible use of AI and without any criteria to generate production code, UX, business flows, etc.
