Pros

The group of people that you work with, day in and day out, are the best. Somers Point was the first branch and will always be #1

Cons

Capitalist hierarchy that doesn't care about its employees. Downsizing and a 'Do more work with less support' approach. Pay raises, holiday bonuses and annual Christmas party were all eliminated after KRG took over ownership.

Pros

Work closely with Pharmacy Team to ensure that patients are provided with the highest levels of care. Maintain direct contact with patients and/or patient caregivers to discuss patient progress; Assess inventory needs in order to properly refill orders; Schedule deliveries of medication/equipment; Maintain team schedule for patient deliveries; Work closely with the Warehouse/Delivery teams to ensure adequate supplies available to meet patients’ needs and timely delivery deadlines

Cons

As a driver you are on call, which means when a pharmacist contacts you you have to be ready to work.Also they use a company called Runziemer to calculate miles, the more you drive the more money you waste on gas.The company used to pay 47 cents per mile which was worth it when i was hired
