Ask Elon Musk if he’s made mistakes in his career and he’ll probably give you a list of 100 (from last week!). The lesson you can learn is simple: It’s ok to admit fault. Talk about something real and genuine that you struggled with. Talk about the steps you’ve taken to improve. The interviewer wants to see that you’re comfortable admitting faults, and they want to see that you view weaknesses as opportunities to improve, not as fixed issues that will always be a problem
