      Pros

      Great place to work! You learn a lot from your coworkers and have the opportunity to ask questions to anyone in the company from the CEO to the new engineers. People are very open and welcoming in that respect and that leads to a lot of personal and professional growth. It's also a fun office to work in, they have a lot of fun activities and mixers and people are very friendly.

      Pros

      Holmes prioritizes management and company organization, branding, and marketing. Have plenty of opportunities to work on interesting projects. Well organized drafting team. Quite a few people contribute to SEAONC or other professional committees. Also has frequent social office events. Has a positive and friendly group of employees.

      Cons

      Does not have a internal technical development strategy. Does not provide technical learning seminars for younger engineers, does not have an adequate structural detail library, calculation templates are lacking and incomplete.
