Holmes Structures interview questions

I finished the interview with HR, which went well, although there were some communication issues. The interview with the Principal was the weirdest thing ever. He just stared at me in awkward silence when we started. They didn't engage in the conversation, and it felt like I was the one asking the questions and keeping the conversation going, since they didn't ask any questions. Ridiculous, why even interview someone at that point...
