      Dont treat employees fairly when it comes to moving up in the company as they act like they want to help you grow within the company but they do not,

      Overworked and Lack of Communication

      Pros

      Your co-workers is honestly what will motivate you because this company is great at painting a picture about being family and that was a major red flag and they stated my position would not require probing and that's what they wanted

      Cons

      Very terrible pay, supervisors are a joke and do not help; they will ask you what is wrong to try and keep themselves out of trouble

      Pay rate is low. They have favorites and the environment is very much like high school.
