Remote-friendly; very creative; weekly hang-out sessions; pretty open-minded about stuff.
Cons
Higher-level folks get stuck in meetings a lot, so that can impact their availability.

Every human who worked / works here has been kind, communicative, deeply skilled in their area of expertise, and a privilege to work with and learn from
Cons
There's a serious lack of trust and communication when it comes to the c-suite which has crippled the creative process for the rest of the studio. C-suite needs to not interfere with the work of the people hired to do their jobs. Also, there is little to no upward mobility (raises, promotions) or recognition of real contributions which is very demotivating
