Meeting nice and knowledgable clinicians.
Cons
Modern day Sweat Shop. Undervalued staff. Bonuses go to VP's and hiring new executives instead of the people working in the trenches. This years bonus went to creating a new website, Never satisfied no matter how productive staff is. New meaning to Overworked/ Underpaid. Cost of medical insurance is high. Extreme micromanagement fostering low employee morale.
