      Medical UM Clinician

      Pros

      Meeting nice and knowledgable clinicians.

      Cons

      Modern day Sweat Shop. Undervalued staff. Bonuses go to VP's and hiring new executives instead of the people working in the trenches. This years bonus went to creating a new website, Never satisfied no matter how productive staff is. New meaning to Overworked/ Underpaid. Cost of medical insurance is high. Extreme micromanagement fostering low employee morale.

      Pros

      It's close to Starbucks and that's the only positive. It's sad and disappointing to have to give this kind of review but what a relief to be out of there.

      Cons

      The upper management does not have a clue. IT is the biggest joke ever. BA's do not give requirements, testing is minimal as a result and not the fault of the testers. Nearly every deadline is missed or jumbled together with minimal pieces. JUST AWFUL!! Time and time again "it will get better, we're growing" and it's false. Nothing gets better and the next reduction in force is always just a few months away. Chronic layoffs and zero job stability are the norm. This was the most embarrassing place I ever worked and people in IT around town know just what a joke they are.

      Pros

      The professionalism of the clinicians and much of the support staff is phenomenal. Some of the most caring, intelligent and helpful people I have ever been privileged to work with who are in this profession for the purpose of helping others.

      Cons

      Upper management shows no caring for hardworking employees. No follow through with Promised bonuses/raises. They get theirs, though.
