I would steer clear of this place. They have all the talk and say all the right things to get you in the door, but then don’t give you the tools to do your job. You will be micro managed to the max. With shareholders involved in the smallest decisions. The structure is a mess. Their identity is a mess. There are minimal perks, a hotel staff discount that you can’t use at weekends. Minimal holiday allowance. Moral is so low and there is no guidance. If you’re considering a position here then then think twice.

Management is a joke! Senior leadership has completely ruined any morale or job satisfaction. They have made so many cuts and people have really suffered. Used to be a nice environment to work in. But completely out of touch with who actually makes these hotels work and have put no investment in so they all look tired dated and have been superseded by local competitors. Treat staff awfully and don’t even offer maternity! Avoid at all costs.
