Good company but massive staff turnover

Get free tea & coffee, get free staff lunch, get 2 nights complimentary stay after working a year, open door policy with manager

Cons

Employ too many young unexperienced staff, and not given adequate training therefore are left unconfident in their role. There is a big issue in communication
