HR Options has been posting jobs that don’t seem to be real openings. I’ve applied for the position, but they keep reposting it repeatedly within a short period. They've also been frequently advertising 'Java Developer' roles. The constant reposting without any response suggests they’re either building a talent pool or testing the market rather than filling actual positions. Frequently posting the same job role is more like they’re trying to appear active rather than hiring.
