Great products. The people and the company culture are very welcoming. People know their jobs very well. A market leader and built to last. Puts huge efforts on its customers and infrastructures. Great CEO who shook things up. Work life balance is excellent.
Cons
Internally over engineered, projects are slow and too much time lost to internal politics and egos. Corporate functions are for most disconnected from the market. Sometimes lacks a bias towards action and an efficient accountability system towards senior leadership.

Possibility to work 40-80% in home office or even more based on negotiation. Stability, healthy and friendly environment. Work life balance. A very good canteen and the new office building (work for divisions, not corporate). Gym pass. About 2 times a year teambuilding events. Business trips sometimes. Easy to switch between departments and also to get promoted if there is a spot.
Cons
Processes sometimes are not efficient (incl. HR). Location of the HQ. Hard to hire talents. Some people are not doing their job. Slow progress. Little motivation to improve and change. A lot of older workers.
