Flexibility, real work-life balance, and awesome employees — some of the smartest people I’ve ever worked with.

The technology stack leaned more toward on-premises solutions, whereas I prefer working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

coworkers are kind and friendly!

Cons

management is poor. working with the fear of being openly ridiculed or embarrassed is less than ideal. expectations are too high. there is zero consistency when it comes to on-boarding and training. lack of training is a stress point which further hinders performance and then snowballs without any resolution.
