      Pros

      This company has made major changes--for the Better! Staffing has improved tremendously! Better communication between Management and employee's. Management has become a lot more flexible which allows me to further my education (willing to work around my school schedule). The updates in the call center (technology-wise) have allowed us to assist customers more efficiently!

      Commute to work is about 45 minutes

      Good Pay, Excellent Training available at all times, Friendly environment, equal opportunities, an employer that doesn't hesitate to show there appreciation for a job well done.

      Parking isn't great. very tedious work, constant procedure changes

      Regional management was invasive, rude, and petty. Wouldn’t recommend this type of leadership or management .
