They recently bought a smaller company and after telling us they were keeping all of us, days later they let 2 of us go without warning and after I had turned down new employment because I was told my job was safe thanks guardian, alert 360 whatever your name is, very poor way to run a company
The pay and benefits looked pretty good from the outside, but they took so long to get that I didn't even get to use them.
Cons
Let me start with the attitude of the owner, "I'm not going to remember your name," was what he said to me. He didn't.
Employees are openly sleeping with each other.
They state that they will give on-the-job training and then don't.
It felt like a popularity contest the second I came in.

I am not sure (and hope) you are not talking about our company. First, we don't have an "owner" on site and if you referring to me - I actually pride myself on knowing as many peoples names as possible and would never in a million years make a statement like the above. - Again - I think you have the wrong company.
