The best reason to work here is to surround ones self with folks who work hard and are knowledgeable. It feels good working on a team where you feel that your co-workers have your back.

Cons

Its a very small team so as a result concession must be made on what can get done in a given amount of time.

Lack of diversity and micromanagement because of it. HR tends to take the word of management and in my time their management was often inappropriate and microaggressive. It was their way or the highway or they simply got rid of you. These managers are also still currently employed and have received raises and promotions *cough cough* Lo Selby. At growflow you can be rewarded for disregarding your own personal thoughts and feelings and becoming your boss's emotional punching bag and rewarded even more if you're managing and maintaining this current state for employees.
