Pros

Great co-workers who love making games, relaxed atmosphere, free snacks, and free dinner when you work late, which you'll be doing a lot. You get to make games and get paid for it..

Cons

You'll end up living there for months on end, so don't plan on ever seeing your family. Terrible pay, with pathetic raises, which in combination with the grueling hours means you're often working for less than minimum wage. Very few chances for advancement, constant reorganization, and all of the instability that comes with it. You are expendable and easily replaced.

Pros

Some good managers, some good projects. Fun people to work with. Free snacks and video games. Nice view out the window.

Cons

It's a starter job. Compensation opportunities are poor. Lots of working on barbie- and princess-type games. No stock options to speak of.

Pros

Decent benefits & well maintained office Good outbound activities and parties

Cons

It is a services driven. Everything gets dictated by the US counterparts. Even studio head has services mentality and is a yes-man of his US manager.
