You get to work directly with the CFO and learn a lot about property management in a college campus as well as doing the finance end of things as well. The Accountant is your mentor and really helps you out with any problems.
Cons
The pay is not great for the amount of work you have to do, you're handed a bunch of tasks throughout the day and the owners are not very well organized and have not set up the best system.
