New facility and equipment. Safe.
Cons
- Poor local management - No local support - Set up at reception and treated as such - Common responses to work related questions, "I don't know" - Must be a smoker to fit in - Must participate in negative work related conversations - There is infighting - No training, local management and staff claim to be in the dark on all aspects of this role. - All around negative environment wrapped in a pretty facility...too bad so sad
