Pros

A good curriculum for Data Science and Full-Stack web development.

Cons

1) Not student-oriented 2) Emphasis on just making money and getting students without any real plan to help them and see them grow in the field. 3) The allocated time to learn and complete a project is ridiculously small. 4) They lie to students that the program is 5 months before they come in and they have one month to work on their final project. When the students then get in, they realize that the reality is they have 4 months to learn an extensive curriculum with the last month for their project. This is against what they were being told while being marketed. 5) In key courses like data science and full-stack web development the allocated 4 months is ridiculous because they are forced to learn over 20 superskills, finish over 35 checkpoints, complete over 25 ono-to-one, and still understand every single thing being thought. 6) The management doesn't care about their instructors and the challenges they face. 7) The expected learning progress with how students learn is horrible and needs to be reviewed. 8) The structure for how information is passed down to the instructors is horrible from the global team abroad. Complaints and issues are never heard or addressed, and problems with management when raised are bottled down. 9) No incentive to grow 10) Our contract states benefits and bonuses. One of which is a promise that after 6 months, we would get access to the full platform as an instructor. That way, we could upskill and learn new tech skills. That was a lie. Upon request, we learn that we have to pay for every course just like people outside the firm. 11) As an instructor, forget about any plans of getting a teaching certificate or acknowledgment in your field from Gomycode even if you have been with the team for a year plus which makes it difficult for you to show anything that truly qualifies you as an educator. 12) I had a fellow instructor narrate to me that one of the most depressing things that he had to deal with was a period when he had students for a cohort to teach Business Intelligence. When his students all logged into the platform, the videos put in place as part of the curriculum to help the students as well as the picture resources as a guide to elaborate were all in French meanwhile, the rest of the course was in English. Did the management care or provide an incentive to rewrite this wrong? NO. They just hurry you up and move quickly to the next cohort

Pros

They are open and promising, and the market is in need of such services

Cons

-The founders lack a lot of experience, and all the countries are managed by a central team in Tunisia, without taking into account the differences from one country to another. -Working with trial & error without a clear plan and fairy dreams that are not on the ground. -There is no salary scale for every job, but they offer the lowest possible salary until you accept it or find someone to accept it, and if they do not find, then they raise the number little by little. -For these reasons, the turnover is very high, in an average of 6 months.

Pros

Amazing talented team. Work equipement provided on demand. Good Remote/Office balance. Yassine, Sarra & Koussay have the best humor you can find in any workplace.

Cons

* We worked as 2 designers in charge of 8 countries' content. For 12 months we were promised to expand the design team but nothing really happened, one of the main reasons I started updating my portfolio and looking for a new job. * The easiest tasks sometimes take the longest time because of lack of organisation and neglecting importance of having an organized storage clouds or hard drives. * Working on the office was never motivating, 90% of the time I had to work on the sofa or next to the students because we simply have no office for the marketing team " yet ". * If you're looking to grow as a designer this isn't the environment for you. Managers have no design background which leads to a lack of trust with your artistic desicions or takes on some work, which will eventually lead to throwing away any extra effort you'd feel like putting into an illustration. * Most of the Marketing Coordinators make work more difficult for us as designers, from being late on delievering invited speakers pictures/adding content to asking for Happy Birthday visuals for them to send on WhatsApp ? * Recognition is lower than 0. Upon my resignition letter, didn't have the meeting I was planned to have with the CEO and wasn't notified on how the procedure would be only after insisting on having a meeting.
