      Pros

      Family Atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly. If you need to step out for any reason the team is always there to help out. Opportunities to move up or into different positions throughout the company. Hours are very reasonable with weekends off. Of course the dedicated ones can still work from home off hours. Vacation time can increase over time. Team building events and work carry ins almost weekly if not monthly. Starting Salary is very fair

      Cons

      -Bonus and Commissions can be hard to track at times and changes frequently. -Training structure was confusing at times, but has improved -SOPs change frequently

      -Competitive Salary -Good work/life balance -Great working atmosphere - has definitely became my second family -Plenty of fun activities and outings

      Cons

      Only thing I can think of here is that I have a 40 min drive to work due to my location. It is definitely worth it though.

      Great team atmosphere inside since day one! Everyone here has a positive attitude and are always here to help anyone.

      I do not have anything negative to say. First job I have ever worked at that I enjoy getting up in the morning and know I will have a great day.
