Great benefits and team-building events, but no paid sick leave

Good benefits, paid holidays and vacation time. Growing small company. Company provides employee events to help build cohesive team work and commraderie.

Cons

Would be nice if they allotted paid sick leave instead of having to use vacation time.

Laid back atmosphere with a lot of friendly employees. Pay is better then some surrounding places. If you step up you can grow within. If you a minimalist you won't grow with the company.

Cons

Communication between different areas (departments) need improvement. Processes and procedures seem to change a lot and need to be in writing so that everyone understands.
