Worst HR policies and they don't respect engineers,
Ex: notice period from employees is 3 months and from company side 1 month,. They ll hold you for 90days without any work(bench) just to make ur offer withdrawn.
Ex:You can't declare your IT Details when ever u want
U have to wait till a quarter., FlexiBonusPlan is a trap.,ur take home is 65% of salary what they mentioned in offer letter(salary breakup).
Ex:Offer letter cannot be seen before the day u join,because just to hide this fraud policies from u prior joining.
HR people are completely fraud and arrogant.,If u r a great cheater and liar .,u can join HR team in this company.
Hike is a dream,don't expect.
U ll be depressed and regretting if u join this company.
No proper facilities., even an out-sourcing consultancies have better infrastructure.
They ll have all open source tools., they don't even give u Microsoft office tools(excel,outlook, word)
Internet policy is too bad.,u ll feel that u r in remote village with no connectivity with world.
