      Pros

      Good customers and beautiful enviroment.

      Cons

      Terrible management, low wages, awfully unorganized . I wasn't able to take my annual leave and always understaff, so you have to work way more than you should to keep the place running, mainly since the managers are the first ones to go home and leave me with several issues that were not my responsibility to solve.

      Staff are great, guests are great, nice place to work with a nice team.

      Cons

      CEO has Senior Management treating staff like crap, no bonus's, low wage, lots of extra work and no appreciation.

      The work itself is pleasant enough, most guests were kind.

      Cons

      Management only cared about the bottom line and did not listen to guests' feedback and needs. Very poorly managed.
