This company is perfect for those starting their professional career. It gives a good understanding of the work in the IT industry and prepares for future paths within the area.

Cons

At some point it becomes hard to move up the position you have. You either need to work on several projects to get the award level you want or move to a different company

Pros

Great people to work with. Friendly environment overall and good place to learn and gain experience. A lot of technologies involved.

Cons

Poor compensation, management have little understanding of what are they doing. A lot of bureaucracy. Friendly ties gives the carrier promotions even without any knowledge in technology. Pervasive saves on employees and working conditions with fooling promises of better life.
