      Nice outstaff style of work

      Pros

      Although this is an outstaff position - cozy local office and friendly colleagues make it up to you. As to the project I got - it is excellent to ramp up for juniors and to contribute and improve for senior developers.

      Cons

      Salary is less than working with a client directly on his country. But, hey, you still enjoy your country local prices and quality of life.

      You can learn a lot and grow a lot. All depends on your decisions. Company adds different education programs Friendly environment, like a family to me
