Pros
Leadership comes across as incredibly nice, welcoming, and friendly during the initial hiring and onboarding stages.
Cons
The initial friendly impression quickly vanishes once you actually start working. New employees are consistently handed impossible tasks with the expectation of working overtime every single day. There is a complete lack of basic management skills within the office from one of the directors. When unrealistic deadlines are inevitably missed, the blame is shifted entirely onto the employees, regardless of how junior their role might be. It is quite obvious why this practice has no employee retention and high turnover.
