They lied during the interview process. They try to weasel their way out of paying commissions. Don't work here. There is a reason they have such a high turnover rate.
Great sales training through a company called Sales Gravy. They have an amazing solid product line, which allot of money has been put into marketing. CEO has a vast knowledge of his own product line and well versed in both IT/OT technologies.

During the interview they will tell you they don't micro manage, but the reality of it is they do. Also this is not a hybrid position, be prepared to be in the office five days a week, working 40 hours plus (including weekends).
Oh and most important, quarterly commission plans are subject to change at any time (and not to employee's advantage). Even though you sign a document, doesn't guarantee you will get said commission.
