Pros

Decent pay very nice equipment.

Cons

I was with this company for 6 months, for me this was becoming home. I loved it there. I was like a cheerleader for them. I really thought they where different. Long story short. Most of there dispatchers are in Lithuania which they don’t get our culture they don’t get things we Americans go through if that makes sense. I was going through a lot and my favorite dispatcher dropped me. After 5 months together. Because with me almost wrecking in a snow storm and being screamed at and called f@g at a shipper and many other things I started to slow down and he said He can’t work with someone like me all of a sudden. So everything went down hill. I got a dispatcher that sucked then I got a dispatcher that didn’t care if I slept or not. It just went to crap really really fast. Once I wanted to quit, we had a recorded verbal agreement to get me home so I could clean my truck out and get a load back to Chicago to drop off there truck respectfully. They stabbed me in the back they called the state police handcuffs where put on me and i was thrown in a cop car and GP said I stole the truck then changed there minds again and recanted. I was left on the side of the interstate I had to ask the police for a ride to a rental car place. Once I had a rental car I had to legit unload my things on the side of the interstate with a injured foot that I got earlier that day while still employed. MAN I wish i was making this up. I did everything I could to make this company look good i took pictures for them with my drone, i decked out my truck, i brought on 3 drivers myself.... I am disgusted, I am disappointed. I now have to sue them. I now have to be out of work till my foot heals. This company at the end of the day just cares about them selves. (Shocker) I would have detailed the truck and brought it to them and left on good terms. They only cared about getting there equipment back and not my interest or I guess my safety at all. They are ALL foreign. Which I don’t normally care about but I guess now I must. They are Selfish. So if your good at kissing butt like I was everyday (till i couldn’t take it anymore)and I guess just don’t complain and just be a good little slave. You will make decent money. Bottom line if you find a good dispatcher and you mesh well don’t lose them. If you go to this company always have emergency money because there equipment comes first. Other then that yes they have nice equipment. Yes they take very good care of it. If there willing to strand a driver you bet your butt they care about it. If you have any direct questions I’ll answer them just reach out I’ll tell you the good and bad. I am not as nasty as this review sounds. This was just the last month. The first 5 was really good. Which makes me sick it ended this way. I MEAN THEY BLOCKED me on Instagram! How pathetic?! Right!!?
