      Pros

      After just 2 months at Gong, I'm super impressed. The team - all the way from exec-level leadership right through to individual contributor levels - is outstandingly grounded, helpful, collaborative, trusting, supportive and appreciative of the efforts put in to do a good job. And the office atmosphere is a tonne of fun! There is huge growth ahead for Gong as it maps out plans for internationalisation. It's an exciting time to join. Highly recommend.

      Cons

      There is a start-up atmosphere to the EMEA organisation - so it's not going to be the right environment for everyone - but if you love a fast pace, are a problem solver who can work through some ambiguity, and enjoy having fun while you work hard, this is a great career option to consider.
