      I truly regret leaving my position at this company. The work environment was supportive, and the team was highly collaborative. Management valued employees' contributions and provided ample opportunities for professional growth. It's rare to find an employer that balances challenging projects with a positive, inclusive workplace, and I look back with great appreciation for the time I spent there.

Senior Management have hands-on technical experience with the product. Job security, good career growth. Good salary, standard in the sector. Decent Benefits, 401k match, fully paid health care premiums...

      Cons

      The US side is more welcoming and agile than the European side. There are some growing pains, the USA is a still a new market compared to Europe, and some processes are not fully defined or formalized.
