      Pros

      Good architecture, a lot to learn in terms of development. Developers built an amazing piece of software.

      Cons

      CEO loves to give ownership of features to developers and at the same time, micromanage them. Managers and team leads are just for JIRA board management. Focus is more on the number of tickets done, not on the quality or depth of ticket scope. Many reviews are not real (HRs told us to put good reviews, you can confirm it by seeing the intensity of reviews posted in a particular month)

      Pros

      The team is friendly. They support you in everything. There is a family atmosphere. As long as you do your job, you will not have any problems. Sometimes it can be stressful. There can be stress during event periods, but in general, the structure and working system of the company is good. The CEO is a very good person. You can reach him when you have a problem and he tries to help you. I have worked in this company for almost 3 years and I have a positive opinion about the company in general.
