Laid back, not micro-managed. Was able to learn about the medical/pharmaceutical world and work with some nice people.
Cons
Advancement was non-existent despite outperforming expectations regularly. They started asking for me to do more and more without any sort of raise or promotion. Outdated equipment and management was all over the place.
