Very high traffic of staff, which undermines continuity and stability for the company and puts enormous pressure on the employees. Not enough human resources to manage and drive the business structure and therefore effectively sets the employees up to fail in meeting KPIs
Good location and nice supportive colleagues. In the beginning there was excitement and lots of positivity. Fun and creative vibe.

Where do I start. Once the honeymoon period was over I soon realised why there were so many new staff members in and out of the business. Very high staff turnover. I didn’t understand it at first because I had an ok relationship with management and got the work done. Once you are no longer a favourite or think differently to management they make it very obvious they no longer want you. This comes directly from the director of the business. I was ignored in front of other staff members and made to feel like I was incompetent. Looking back there was definitely workplace bullying and I wish I had spoken up.
