Unqualified colleagues, dubious business and working ethics, incorrect information during employment process. Most of the employees are not gamers, when company was a start up several years ago it was easy to get higher ranks and still same people are managing company. You would be surprised who are being team leads in operation department. Lacking of most basic skills won't be an obstacle in your career growth here. The company is rich enough to hire many talented developers, designers and artist. But they're just having a bad taste on hiring studio lead. The project I was in changed four studio leads within one year, and one of them is totally new in game design and project management, but aggressive enough to fire three experienced employees in his first month there. This was not only reckless but disrespectful. Oh, he also force people to work overtime with no overtime pay.
