      Pros

      Game development staff were fantastic, very experienced and had a great team atmosphere. Honestly a waste of talent due to lack of trust from the boss towards employees.

      Cons

      Diabolical direction from management has unfortunately let Full Fat to run into the ground in 2025. This has resulted in 10+ employees with months worth of pay arrears, stolen pension contributions and 4 questionable redundancy processes.

      Most of your coworkers on the floor are talented.

      I worked there a year ago and now and checking back on this page again with hopes that things might have changed for the artists working there. Unfortunately, it hasn't change one bit! Upper management are manipulators and the middle management in this company is made up of absolute yes-men, they are not leaders in any way shape or form. I've never seen this level of turnovers, politics and toxicity with so little efforts to fix the problem.
