      Pros

      Great people, great atmosphere and great money. Loads of trips abroad and really makes you believe in the power of people

      Cons

      FPG put too much into the client in term of reports etc, where as myt experience was better served with the people. Also there is no room to be creative in your training, its all FPG or nothing

      Pros

      Small company so there are opportunities to learn a lot if you are willing to work hard and put in a lot of hours.

      Cons

      The way coworkers and even leaders speak to each other is wildly inappropriate and rude - expect to be berated over email and spoken down to if you work here. There is a lot of gossip and office drama/politics on a daily basis. Not a professional work environment in the least.

      Pros

      FPG is best experienced from afar in the field, not at HQ.

      Cons

      When I read the FPG reviews, I feel like I have to write about my experience so people would learn the truth about them. FPG is not what it seems. The gossip at HQ is rampant (there’s a group of about 5 or 6 that just run their mouth about everyone), the leadership is distant and couldn’t be bothered with anyone who isn’t a Director, and my boss is an absolute nightmare. Plus, in the past, one of the main guys shared that he actually wrote some of the reviews to boost the number and that they went on GlassDoor regularly to write positive reviews! If you read through them you can tell the reviews seem canned and fake.
