Pros
Outstanding company to work for as they are flexible when working with staff schedules as the need may arise. The company is growing and everyone is working together to provide superior services for our clients. A place that you do not mind waking up to and enjoy coming to work too everyday.

Great coworkers and management. As a rapidly growing organization everyone works together for the benefit of all. The growth is fun and exciting to be part of. A very comfortable work environment.
Cons
I really can't provide any cons currently. Other than our health insurance is costly due to our total amount of employees. ( I am told this will improve as we have more employees)
