      You will get your paycheck on Time

      Cons

      1. No Process defined, mostly random walk. 2. Please check Linkedin and how many profiles are their wrt your team for more than 1 year. 3. No Data Science or Learning curve in reality. 4. No Brainstorming sessions. 5. No Project Architecture. 6. No Try/except blocks. 7. No Loggers. 8. No Deployment Tools. 9. No ELK. 10. No Scrum. No code reviews. 11. No Planning or difficulty connecting to vision. 12. No one-ones with managers to discuss quarterky, half-yealy or annual targets. 13. No planning, proper metrics defined, after working for a year understood everything over there is no evaluated. 14. Many smart people leave the organization within 3-4 months, with layoffs on top of that not sure what the hiring process is. 15. Mostly you have to praise managers to survive. 16. Only a couple of people worked over there for more than 2-3+ years. 17. If you question them you would be laid off. 18. Even after requesting and reporting all the above to directors of the team and management are like I don't care we get paid irrespective of them. 19. Choose wise before joining this organisation, it mostly a family run organization.

      Pros

      Nothing, but you will get fat salary if you can negotiate properly, leverage is with you, as they have great Churning rate. No one stays more than 1 year.

      Cons

      1. No work life balance, onxe i worked 16hrs strait. 2. They treat employees like slaves, think free meals will help them cover for that. 3. Very bad and toxic management. 4. The worse code base i have ever seen in my 5 years career. 5. No employee can stay here more than 1 year. 6. It is more of a family business than an actual corporate company. 7. Everyone who works more than 2 years would be a relative or a friend of the CEO. 8. ceo is just a puppet.

      1. repetitive tasks copy pasting to every client 2. No One-on-one or future planning 3. New joiners it's hell, all recently hired senior data scientists within the past one year have resigned within 3-4 months 4. No vision, more of a service-based than a product. 5. No Project structure, Try/Catch blocks, loggers, ELK, or Deployment tool, each file contains 2-3k+ lines of code 6. Anyone can add code in any service without any KT or how they work 7. No code reviews. 8. Data Science Management doesn't have any plan of action what achieve in the next year or two. 9. Director and Chief of AI next level do not know how to praise them. 10. Please never ever join 11. Will lay off without properly explaining requirements other than verbal communication 12. No email/ppt/confluence only verbally based on assumption we should build
