1. No Process defined, mostly random walk.
2. Please check Linkedin and how many profiles are their wrt your team for more than 1 year.
3. No Data Science or Learning curve in reality.
4. No Brainstorming sessions.
5. No Project Architecture.
6. No Try/except blocks.
7. No Loggers.
8. No Deployment Tools.
9. No ELK.
10. No Scrum. No code reviews.
11. No Planning or difficulty connecting to vision.
12. No one-ones with managers to discuss quarterky, half-yealy or annual targets.
13. No planning, proper metrics defined, after working for a year understood everything over there is no evaluated.
14. Many smart people leave the organization within 3-4 months, with layoffs on top of that not sure what the hiring process is.
15. Mostly you have to praise managers to survive.
16. Only a couple of people worked over there for more than 2-3+ years.
17. If you question them you would be laid off.
18. Even after requesting and reporting all the above to directors of the team and management are like I don't care we get paid irrespective of them.
19. Choose wise before joining this organisation, it mostly a family run organization.
