Pros

There is no more pros

Cons

Working for FormFire used to be great but not anymore. Bunch of incompetent people are trying to run the company. It used to be employee friendly but now almost every employee fear to speak up. Your job is in risk if you are not in good books of countable individuals. No matter how hard working you are and how much you contribute. They have been firing people for last few months for no proper reason. All they have to say is these positions don’t align with their vision. They fired an employee whom they hired couple of months back. So, you can understand how far their vision is… why did they hire if that position is not required? All the people got fired are those who had the guts to speak up against these 2 individuals. So far they have fired people from all departments and there are high chances that they will fire more because they don’t know any other way to make money.

Pros

Friendly employees Name sake unlimited vacations

Cons

No opportunity to grow. Salaries are average Yearly raise barely covers cost of living increase. Recently in light for bad reasons. No one in the leadership team truly deserve to be there. Favoritism is very evident. Cannot handle criticism or productive feedback. No scope for innovation and ideas unless you are one of his favorites.

Pros

Everybody other than leadership team & their pets are awesome Flexible PTO and work from option

Cons

Cronyism: You can get a job in FormFire if you are friends with couple of leadership team members. If got hired just continue fawning and buttering. No friends at FormFire don't worry just butter your interviewer and give him an impression that you will be his pet. Want to change department then don’t worry, fawning and buttering works. Instead of the people who worked on a project some random person gets to present it to whole company just because of being part of fan club. And that person doesn’t know basic details of that project. Couple of leadership team members are control freaks. They really are scared to let go the control. The disaster begun almost 2 years back when one individual joined the company and by sheer luck rose to power which made him blind. His rise in FormFire is a great example of how low FormFire standards are; Someone not even good enough to be a person rose to one of the top positions. He reminds me the proverb, “Every XXX has its day. Some even bite.” Now FormFire is suffering from rabies. No long term visions. They just hope to bag couple of contracts. Every year they barely get enough money to just run the company. Nothing is invested back into company growth. Product strategy is rubbish. 6 months before the target was to increase company revenue by 10 times in 3 years. Now the target fell to 5 times. May be very soon they realize that this company is not worth more than what it is now. Salaries are below way market standards. No other monetary benefits. They always look to hire cheap resources not good resources. Their recent effort to fool employees by offering options is worth mentioning. They took all the employees for fools. Those options are not worth a penny. No career growth or recognition unless you are in the fan club. Everyday at least once, more than is better, these minions (I like this word from previous review) go to their god-fathers (again copied) and butter them. Oh yeah those minions are spies too.
